After 14 years, my size D cup implants had became saggy and my natural breasts grew larger to a DDD cup. I was hiding them in big shirts and was uncomfortable. Dr. Kiener suggested a breast lift, implant exchange with smaller implants, and a reduction of areola. I am so happy with the results! I am now a C cup and can wear anything I want, they look and feel great.
