I've just lost 45 pounds and with those pounds went my breast mass. I'm left with empty sacks of sadness (what I call them) super excited for my procedure next month! I've had my consultation done where dr Janiga showed me the different styles shapes and sizes of implants and also preformed a 3d imaging of before and after pictures. We decided on 500cc to 550cc which I think is rather large but with my frame and muscle shouldn't be as large as I imagine. I can't wait to be able to share my full experience!

I wrote 500-550 for some reason here when actually it was 425-500cc my hubby reminded me of that earlier but can't figure out how to edit the previous statement

Day of treatment
All done!
Just got home from my surgery. Woke up in quite a bit of centralized sternum pain. Absolutely no heavy " elephant sitting on my chest" feeling at all. I've read and heard that was a big complaint. None of that. Just the sternum pain. Home now icing and propped up with a neck pillow and wedge pillow. My PS went with 525cc both sides as I was pretty symmetrical smooth unders silicone we had discussed 425-500cc but as in fairly broad shouldered and have a fairy wide chest he felt those looked best. Here's a quick early early pic they are pretty high up right now and sadly im not!!! I have a really high med tolerance I was hoping Id be drowsy or " pain pill happy" but alas neither of those things are the case. Bummer.... Anyone else have that severe sternum pain?

Super swollen but not a lot of pain just sternum pain. No nausea at all ...

Congrats on your new boobs! My first BA is scheduled for Jan. 2016 and I couldn't be happier. My surgeon has recommended 550-600cc due to my athletic frame and defined upper body. Rest up! So glad you're not in a lot of pain! And again, CONGRATS!!! I will be following your updates! Do you have high profile implants?

They are moderate plus. As the night goes on im getting more sore but nothing too terrible. It's funny im super hungery! No nausea at all... Yet! Hope it stays that way.
