Regret Genioplasty. Revision?

I am really sad about my results. I got a genioplasty and buccal fat removal 7 months ago, I tried to be very patient about my results but it’s only made me regret my decision. I had a very small, receding chin and chubby cheeks. I hoped to have a nice jawline and thought these 2 procedures would help. I think the buccal fat removal came out okay, but my chin looks so off in my opinion. First of all, my chin looks like it’s lower on the left side and has noticeable gaps (which I think is due to bone loss). My chin came out looking long and looks like it goes to the left. I reached out to my surgeon about it and he offered a revision, but im way to scared to go back after not being satisfied with my results; should I go back?
This has ruined my self esteem and I don’t know what to do. I got fillers around my chin to camouflage it but I just can’t seem to feel any better about it. I just feel this chin doesn’t suit me and makes me look a little masculine. Thoughts?
The first 2 pictures are me 5 months post op and last two pictures are 7 months post op and 2 weeks after dermal fillers in my chin area to hide gaps. Last picture is me before any procedures
