Reconstructive surgery with Butt implants and Hip implants

After an extensive search I came across Dr Ryan Stanton who has great reviews and is known as the BUTT KING. Reconstructive surgery experts are a few among so many in the plastic surgery. The skills they possess are only for a few. This is why I decided to go to Dr Stanton for my butt implants and Hip implants. As I shared with him I am looking to have a big butt and for my hips I want to adquiere smoothness for a nice curve. I voiced that my butt is my priority, to have as much projection as possible. He suggested the 600 and I said for him to put the biggest implants. :) He mention that the size of my gluteal muscle has enough space for that and more but he would say 600 since the first time you get implants the muscle might be tight. He also mention that if I was to have extensive scar tissue due to my previous surgeries that he may only be able to fit 500, but I hope not. Im very athletic and stretch often. I do not feel tightness at all or any range of motion restriction but all I can do is hope all goes well and for the best outcome. He is very clear, informative and understanding. I was thinking to do sculptra to fix the deformity on my hips since Im not someone that cares for hips. But he explained how it wouldn't work because it will disappear with time. That is why I decided to go forward with also Hip implants. They where not in my plans at all but I really want to help my body look the way I hope for. Tomorrow is my surgery and I feel excited. My body has gone through a major change and left with a big scar and no projection in my butt, my hope is Dr Stanton could be the answer to my prayers. I hope to be my self once again, to live and love. I really hope for the 600 or more.
His staff is so nice and profesional. His clinic is clean and welcoming. His personality is of someone that understands the troubles of his patients and finds a solution. In really looking forward to sharing with you guys my experience and waking up to a very pleasant surprise after surgery.

Two days ago was my surgery and everyone there was very professional and welcoming when I arrived. I was welcomed at Dr. Stanton office by one of his nurses, fill out paper work, then was asked to pee and change. The nurse went over what to expect and each step before and after surgery. Dr. Stanton arrived and with a friendly attitude he took me to get marked and take pictures. Everyone made me feel calm and excited. I was taken to the operating room and the anesthesiologist explained what he will do and within seconds I was sleeping.
Woke up on my back and was asked to turn face down. Within minutes I was asked if I could get up. The nurse changed my cloths and helped me up. It took me twice to try to be ready. I felt nauseous and super lightheaded I couldn’t keep myself up. I used a walker and walking like an inch every strep I finally made it to the car. The ride was not bad since I still had anesthesia in my body.
Second day- I think it was the hardest since the pain is much stronger. Not sure but I think it was because all anesthesia was worn off and I was trying to only take one pill for pain each time. I was trying to avoid intaking double the pain med bit for night I did do that plus a Benadryl and finally I was able to sleep.
Today 3rd day- I woke up feeling better. But I see that for now is better to keep the dose a little higher in pain meds and then I will switch to Tylenol.

Main thing for me is that I felt sad when I woke up and was told I only received 420cc on my butt implants. Not near the 600 we had planned for. I do not know exactly the reason but was told he will let me know on my post op appointment. I still haven’t seen how I look since I have a compression band around my hips and butt. I did feel more swollen in some areas more than others. I’ve been icing constantly and it has helped. I just pray everything is ok. I will keep updating.

Today I had my postoperative appointment and I went it feeling better than the days before. I spoke to Dr Stanton and he mention that I had very dense scar tissue that he had to really work with it to try to give me the most in projection but also keep it safe. I understood that since my case is not like most. I still was pleased with how the outcome is looking. I trust that he did best to give me what we had talked. Now that he has seen what that tissue feels and looks like he was able to talk to me about my options. He believes I will get more projection as the muscle relaxes as time passes by. I asked him in his opinion what would be the next size up I can exchange implants for. In not looking for a minimal difference but much more than what I have. He suggested going up another 2 inches from where im at and if I wanted more then I can do again. I believe I would be ok with 2 more inches in the projection spot. It will have to be a costume made implant though since its bigger than the general options he had in stanton anatomical butt implants. I know this time around he hadn’t seen my internal tissue prior to surgery and that’s why he couldn’t fit what we wanted to but now hat he had seen it Im looking forward to exchanging it for those 2 in extra in projection or hopefully even more since we where talking about it considering the tightness of the tissue he did work with. If my tissue relaxes more that even expected he can go bigger than that. I may not like having to do another procedure but I am now looking forward to it. For now I thank God and Dr. Stanton for making my body look better and almost getting to where I feel healthy in my mind and body. Its has been very draining mentally and physically to wakeup every day seen how I can only wear sweats that are baggy or using pads to cover my deformity. Been always aware of not moving freely because it shows if I bent or walk fast. Having to wake up to do that every day and every time u go to the bathroom to adjust your self. It all is very debilitating mentally. I know my scars are there but I want to feel comfortable to wear anything I want to and move freely. Today I couldn’t help my tears of been thankful to Dr. Stanton and his staff. If he can do the job he did with me in my hard case now in others with out that issue he is amazing. I hope as the look keeps changing I become more in love with my outcome.
