A Stress-free and Comforting Environment with Great Results!

The first time I went to Omni, I was a bit nervous about my procedures. I was afraid of any potential discomfort or pain, but they assured me that it was going to be okay by walking me through the procedures. And quickly nerves went away, they comforted me and talked to me through it all. They even gave me a stress ball to hold on to! Everyone was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Then, when I came back for my follow-up appointment everyone remembered me! They greeted me with warm welcomes and were all so excited to see my skin progress. Which was phenomenal! My acne scars became much less visable and I was now having very limited breakouts. Before my skin would have a very bumpy texture and I would get a lot of cystic acne breakouts. Going through the procedures again was a breeze this time because I already knew it wasn't scary and that they would be there to help me no matter what. The staff is absolutely wonderful and Dr. Song is so skilled and so gentle I am thrilled at my results!
