Profile of my Dreams! Rhinoplasty and chin implant

As a teen I was bullied and suffered a broken nose. I never liked the asymmetry it caused. I had gotten filler for a Long time. As I have ged tough I have noticed a more bulbous appearance. I had consultations with local doctors but was never satisfied with their consultation. I have seen friends with botched multiple surgeries so I was always hesitant.
Recently after consulting with my fantastic nurse injector about alternatives to filler we talked bout surgery. She recommended a couple doctors but said she was going to Dr. Glasgold in Princeton, New Jersey. I totally trust her opinion. Aesthetics bing her field she already compared lots of October. I looked him up on his site and booked a consult.
Row from the office returned my Emil and opulent of been nicer. Upon arriving at the clean polished professional office I was taken to a room to have photos taken. I was now getting excited because I thought this meant they might show me some possible afters.
Meting with Dr. Glasgold and another October shadowing him. I told him about my desired surgeries. He inspected my nose very carefully and pressed and felt round thoroughly. He Didi wold never have a small nose . I’m not sure the reason but I was happy because I like m strong feature. Upon telling him of what I didn’t like he said not to worry he wold never I’ve anyone a “pinched” nose.
He left and worked on my picture. I entered another room and sat in front of a computer and saw my mock up. He apologized it was quick and would look airbrushed. He was being modest because when I saw the pictures I almost died. It looked wonderful.
Dr. Glasgold explained I need to come in for a second consultation because I need to shave my beard so he can choose which chin implant to order or me. One reason I want the implant is because am friend of mine had gotten one and I couldn’t get over what a difference it made in is face. As I age my face gets rounder and my jaw looses definition. I hope the chin implant combined with one little liposuction there AND my new nose will give me the profile of my dreams!

So some changes to my surgery have occurred. It ends up for the better.

My surgery with Dr. Robert Glasgold is tomorrow morning.  2 weeks ago I went to the Glasgold Group for my second consultation. I had a big beard and Dr Glasgold needed to see me shaven to know what implant to order.  When he saw me he explained hat men get more fat beneath the muscle and in order for me to get the look I wanted I wold need a submentoplasty and mentoplasty along with my implant. I really appreciate his honesty. He explained that he wasn’t comfortable doing both my neck lift and nose on at the same time. For my nose on tomorrow I will be in Robert Johnson hospital and have the trach in my throat which would make he neck to awkward to do at the same time.  I am a little disappointed because I was expecting to do a once and done process but the overall outcome is what is most important to me.  My surgery is scheduled for 6 tomorrow morning so we decided to spend the night at a nearby hotel. We are at the Hyatt Regency and I am taking a nice relaxing bath in preparation for tomorrow.
