I had precision TX neck contouring done almost a year ago and my neck looks amazing! Dr. Casas is strict with her protocol to minimize bruising and swelling. I only had bruising for about 3 days and I followed her instructions completely. She still sees me and gives me advice on how to get my neck line free. Someone just told me my skin looks like a baby’s butt! Smooth and tight. Dr. Casas took so much time with me and we looked at all options. You never feel rushed when she’s with you and she doesn’t hold back on making lifestyle changes to get your best outcomes. I’ve had a scar on my forehead for 30 years now that is above my eyebrow that is raised because of scar tissue and she recommended dysport/Botox. Dr. Casas somehow was able to flatten the scar which made it less noticeable and easier to conceal. I’ve been to countless different plastic surgeons for 30 YEARS now and not one doctor ever suggested this. Life changing for me. I love her staff everyone is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Casas doesn’t sugar coat anything and she will not do a procedure unless she believes you can have the best possible outcome.
