Was in need of perky, fuller boobs after weight loss!

I am 28 and very active, yet my chest doesn't reflect that. I did lose about 40 lbs a few years back, and have kept if off with ease by doing regular crossfit and clean eating, however that really is what made my boobs deflate. I am self conscience about them, and would like to be more confident naked, and I know my husband would like that as well- although he believes I am perfect as is. I also have a difference in size between the two, and due to that my nipples are not exactly on the same page. My goals are to have my breast back up to where they are supposed to be, nice a perky. Also having them the same size and nipples even will be WONDERFUL. I do plan on going bigger and adding back volume that I have lost due to my weight loss. I am not 100% on what size yet, but I do not that I like the moderate or mod plus silicone implants, somewhere between 375-475cc. I'll have to really spend time with the sizers at my pre op appointment on 12/4.

I am nervous and excited all at the same time! I know I'll love my boobs, and confidence they will bring, and that is really why I am doing this- for me! I am nervous however of what others will think, which is silly I realize, but its still the way that it is. I am going to buy some padded bras to start wearing for the next couple of months to help make the transition easier. I'm currently in a 34D, which sounds big...but its a deflated, saggy kinda big :-) I am not looking to go up to some crazy size, yet just to be FULL! I'd love to be a FULL C or D, either way it will look much larger then I am now since all the meat is at the bottom for me currently.

One goal I do have before my post op on 12/4 is to be at my "goal" weight! So that is what my next couple of month will entail- super strict, clean eating!! I am 5'10 and 159lb, and by my preop I'd like to be at 150lb- only 9 lbs, that is pretty reasonable, I think at least :-)

Congratulations on losing the weight and keeping it off. Sounds like your new healthy lifestyle is really paying off. Great idea on wearing a padded bra for now. Here is a forum of women also awaiting their December 2014 breast augmentation surgery. Feel free to jump in and maybe even find a surgery buddy!

Did they measure your BWD? I originally had an "idea" of what implant size I wanted just by looking at others. I went to my consultation and realized that I would have to do way bigger because of my BWD to get the same results that look natural

So clearly I am way out of the loop, what is BWD?

Ok, thanks to google, I figured it out:-) Moderate profile is what was recommended by my Doc so I think I am on the right track as far as size goes. I'll be able to know for sure at my pre-op appointment 12/4!
