This will probably be my last post because I can’t imagine many more changes, but I am literally in LOVE with them! Given what I started with and my own natural composition, I truly don’t think they could be any better. And I have to say they feel AMAZING. Much softer and more natural than the anatomicals. Dr. Gorin and his staff were so amazing, yet again!

It’s amazing what this process does to us all. We see others breasts and think they are “perfect”, while the majority of us will over analyze every little imperfection of our own “work”. In looking at each other’s before and after opinions... in looking at wish pics vs what we all end up with... after traumatizing myself with “worst case scenario reviews”, wholly moly they should require us all to have a little mental health therapy as we go through this (me included!) because very rarely do our expectations meet reality. AND the narcotics we’re on afterward naturally induce a state of depression which doesn’t help the matter! I get it! I am there too, analyzing through a microscope all of the little imperfections... things that “should” be different...hell, we pay so much they “ should” be perfect, right??? But I’m really realizing, we can pick *the best* PS, and pay *the most* amount of money, but it’s really going to depend on our natural physical makeup, our bodies healing abilities, whether or not we’ve had kids before, our surgeon, the time of day and country our surgery was done in... etc... we can go in with “wish pics” all day long... but hell I’m almost 40 and we’re all (most of us are) going in with very same wish pics of some hot perfect 125lb 25y/o that’s never had kids before, and it’s simply unrealistic. We’re bound to be unhappy. When being realistic I LOVE my results. I hate this drive for perfection we all seem to get to given the cost, time and pain this requires. So far so good on my results. They are realistic. Do they look like my wish pics? Nope, because those really were unrealistic, and I have to remind myself of that. *Maybe* if I’d gone with more CC’s? But at what cost, financially, physically, or psychologically? (And there my brain goes down the pessimistic rabbit hole)...Who knows. I know there are some women on here with truly botched jobs and my heart breaks for you and I hope you’re able to resolve those concerns, but for those of us who are frustrated because one is a little bigger than the other, or a nipple is a little off, or we just aren’t happy with the size, trust me, we are our own worst critics. The rest of us think you look fabulous!! Go flaunt your sexy bad selves!!

PS the #1 wish boob girl... pics posted... I have a hard time believing she’s under 450cc’s... after going though my first revision it breaks my heart to see ladies starting out with next to nothing, going in for under 400ccs, and expecting these results. If nothing else I think this is where PS’s need to be honest with us. (I never showed wish pics, so that’s my bad, but he clearly stated, come in with NAKED wish pics to discuss realistic expectations... ANY bikini wish pics hide nipple irregularities and correct mild size irregularities or lopsided-ness that we ALL have. Be kind to yourselves, ladies!! We’re all MUCH more beautiful tha we give ourselves (and our PS’s ????) credit for.

Ok, rant over. Just think a little honesty with ourselves could help his process. ????
