I have read a lot of your reviews and it's helped me immeasurably! Great to have the support of others going thru same.
I have wanted BA all my adult life. Finally I'm making it happen :) The Love of My Life, Stevie [TV :) thinks I'm perfect already and is completely supportive. That is so important to me! He is the BEST!
Back story: My Mum had 34C's but none of her 3 daughters got above an A cup. Spent decades wanting bigger breasts. Clothes look better, you feel more womanly and sexy...it's a myriad of things. Then I meet TV, who appreciates ballerina bodies but also Barbie ;) We go to nude beaches and love it. So freeing. However, it also made me want to go ahead with this BA. In clothes you can wear an enhancing bra...on a nude beach it's just you. I want to be the 'me' I've always wanted to be physically.
At consult I went in thinking a full B. I am long waisted and my rib cage is very visible because my breasts are so small. Considering the space I have to fill, doc suggested I 'try on' a full C. Both TV and I went YEAH :)
My surgery is 4/20, next Monday. I am somewhat nervous because I am no fan of pain, not because I am 2nd thinking my decision. Doc B assures me he's gentle and pain will be minimal if I follow his instructions. I will!

I happen to adore the "Current me"......beautiful thin ballerina body. But look out here comes Barbie!

I have been reading a lot of posts, really so helpful!! Still not nervous tho I get a few butterflies in the tummy if I think about it ;)
I saw a few posts suggesting use of silicone scar away strips. Can someone tell me where to get these? Thanks in advance :)
Going to hang about home tomorrow, catch up on work and housework.
I Have a family reunion 12 days post BA, will I be able to attend; moreover will I feel comfortable hugging people or still too tender?
