Well it wasn't as I had hoped the hole experience itself was terrible. I had a rhinoplasty, chin implant, cheek fat reduction fat removed from my eye lid and lip fat transfer. There office is u organized the doctors are never prompt with thier appointments. They don't bother to explain the procedures itself. I Seen Dr.Aragon fir my I consultation I wasn't asked how big? or what shape do you want it? I felt rushed and they just don't put passion or patients in to there career I felt. It was more like they didn't enjoy there career. Dr.Aragon although her bed side manner is a bit better then her husband I felt the same after my procedure about her as well. My nose isn't how I wanted it. It's not bad but I paid for the nose of my dreams and this is not it. My cheeks are still a little swollen but still more fat then I wanted. The way she described the area that she was only going to take from is still as sucked in and that's what I wanted but they out come is not that. My lips are a little bigger but not as big as I would have liked. As for my eye well there a big scar at the end were it looks like they forgot to put a stich so there's a big scab snd there's not supposed to be. I wanted my smaller eye to look more open similar in size to the other but now it looks smaller and with a scar at the end. I expect my eye to look a tad more open months from now but what I said I wanted was the same or close in size and shape of my dominant eye. Cutting the fat from my eyebrow will not change the Almond shape. My chin is more profound but you can still see the jowls and I wanted a pointy chin to give my round face the appearence of a more long face. The implant has been the most painful of all the procedures mainly because it's has ridden up twords my gums by my teeth and it hurts to touch and hard to open my mouth to eat. So over all it could have been worse but it could have been better!!!

I went to have the chin implant revised today January 26,2016 and both Doctor worked on the procedure trimming down the wing chin implant. Feels better now results aren't as firm as befor but pain in my tooth is gone and I can feel both sides of my lip, witch is great! Although they fixed the implant the were very short with me about doing it. It perfectly lined up Ramona !! Well one size implant doesn't fit all different size faces? Or does it?? Well I expected them to react that way. But it doesn't mean I was okay with it. I hinted to them that just because I don't speak Spanish doesn't mean it's not in my blood. I don't understand why the people here in Tijuana are so prejudice rude towards foreigners. There just cruel. I also ment it as a hint towards them.

It been my dream to have a rhinoplasty / chin a buccal far pad removel ever since my family started to tease me about my big nose and fat checks and I felt very emotional having to go back because I new they were going to be upset about having to redo it. I'll take responsibility for my action on completely forgetting dr.Aragon told me to where tap on my nose for a month. I apologize because I'm forgetful sometimes but my eye opening up on its own and chin in pain were not my fault. I felt mistreated

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy! I had a chin implant over 15 years ago that had to be removed. It was placed through the inside of my mouth. Well, I got an infection, I couldn't speak, close my mouth at all! I had to have it removed in the er it was so painful. I'm getting another implant, this time from underneath my chin. Sorry can't remember correct terminology. I hope you start healing well. Shame of this doctor for treating you this way after trusting her with your face.

DR. Cervantez is Dr.Aragons husband he's the primary surgeon she comes after. I posted that on her but it was edited!

Well it's been almost two months now and not happy with my nose. The tip is still big to me and it's off the one side, not centered. I look for months it to the best surgeons and these were not the results they claim the get. That's my fault I should have went with surgeons that actually published there final results. I only ever found mommy makeovers.

I so understand what you are feeling!! You look gorgeous even though you feel the results are not what you wanted !!! It is very hard though when you expect something and instead get the opposite of what you asked for

I'm with you I got horrible results the Dr. didn’t even fixed my nose hump which it was the first thing I told her to fix. She didn’t bother to tell me that there was a 50/50 chance that she could fix it, she told me after the fact!!! Of course after she charged me and did whatever she wanted...I’m so mad and sick with her work completely dishonest and unethical!! She only reshape my nose tip, but now is thicker than before and tilted to the right. My nostrils are completely out of balance …she also did fat transferred to my cheekbones which you can’t even noticed bad practice overall!!
