Changed my Life
I had Basal cell cancer and after it was all removed, it left me with half my face missing. I was referred to Facial Plastic Reconstruction and Laser Surgery office in Poughkeepsie NY and there I was greeted by Dr. Bassiri. We started off on a rocky road with my insurance but the office staff (Amy) spent many hours and days making phone calls and providing constant assistance. My surgery took over seven hours with Dr. Bassiri talking with me prior and my family after. The next day I was surprised when Dr. Bassiri called me directly and provided his personal cell in case of an emergency over the weekend. Dr. Bassiri is one of the kindest, compassionate, personable, professional, and skilled doctor I have ever met. At this point, I am going to need only one more surgery and I have hands down decided on Dr. Bassiri. I refer Dr. Bassiri to anyone who needs reconstructive surgery.
