Dr Fernau did an excellent job with my abdominal etching. I looked a long time for someone to do this procedure and when I found Dr Fernau I immediately knew he was the one for the job. He is smart, professional and down to earth. His staff is great. I recovered quick with the Smartlipo. My results are showcased on his website.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Now that you're on the other side of surgery, do you have any pre/post-op tips to share?

High protein diet. Minimize carbs to decrease post op swelling. Wear your Topifoam and binder ! It makes a difference !

I did an eching and the doctor sent me a board and silicone strips to put on top of the ab eching to make it pop out did you do have to put anything ?
