Dr Fernau did an excellent job with my abdominal etching. I looked a long time for someone to do this procedure and when I found Dr Fernau I immediately knew he was the one for the job. Thanks for sharing your experience! Now that you're on the other side of surgery, do you have any pre/post-op tips to share?

High protein diet. Minimize carbs to decrease post op swelling. Wear your Topifoam and binder ! It makes a difference !

I did an eching and the doctor sent me a board and silicone strips to put on top of the ab eching to make it pop out did you do have to put anything ?
