37 Year Old Female, Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty --Amazing Experience!!!! Philadelphia, PA

The dark circles under my eyes have been an present since I was very young. I can specifically remember they were present on my school pictures from the 2nd grade---when I was as young as 7. I have spent my adult years spending hundreds of dollars on the best skin care products and concealer trying desperately to reduce or eliminate them to no avail. Approximately two years ago, at the age of 35, I decided to start researching cosmetic procedures to address the bags and dark circles once and for all. I spent months researching procedures and lamenting over the entire process. As a busy mother and career woman, I was nervous about facial surgery--from the expense involved to the downtime afterwards and--of course--the potential complications. My research lead me to Dr. Marc Cohen. I spent many hours over many days researching Dr. Cohen and read every review I could find. I was so incredibly impressed by the comments and stories I read about Dr. Cohen, Dr. Schwartz and their team that I felt compelled to schedule a consultation. From the initial phone call to my initial consultation with Dr. Cohen and his team, I was WOWED to say the least. Each team member I encountered was extremely kind, informative, patient and attentive. Dr. Cohen was every bit as thorough, attentive and professional as each review had mentioned. He spent a great amount of time examining my eyes, listening to my desires and concerns and carefully walked me through the best option for my situation which was a bilateral lower blepharoplasty. I felt completely secure in his recommendation and actually scheduled my surgery that very day.
Prior to my surgery, two members of his team, Brittany and Mari, walked me through all the pre-surgical procedures and requirements, assured I had all my questions answered and truly guided me through the process in a very efficient and professional way. They were amazing and quite possibly the most shining example of excellent customer service and patient care I have ever experienced. The day of surgery was a breeze because everything had been so smartly organized in advance. The surgery center was INCREDIBLE. The receptionists, the nurses and the anesthesiologist were all very kind and proficient--they made me forget I was there for surgery entirely. Surgery was so fast and I felt amazing afterwards. I had ZERO pain--much to my surprise. I followed Dr. Cohen's instructions to the letter and therefore had minimal swelling and bruising. The most notable point in the entire healing process came precisely one week after surgery and after my follow up appointment. I awoke to a very swollen left eye and immediately called Dr. Cohen. Lauren went ABOVE AND BEYOND in communicating with me via phone calls and emails. She and Dr. Cohen handled my questions and concern beautifully and so efficiently. I was never so impressed by a doctor and his team. Never have I witnessed this level of patient care and It put all of my worries to rest. I cannot express my true gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cohen, Lauren, Brittany, Mari and the entire team. I am only two weeks post surgery and already I can see a tremendous (yet extremely natural) improvement in the area beneath my eyes. Gone are the dark circles and swelling. I am positively thrilled with the results and am very grateful I found Dr. Cohen, Dr. Schwartz and the team.
