WORTH IT

20 years after my first surgery with saline implants my right one leaked and deflated. Dr. Brown was helpful with answering my questions about silicone gel as I had heard in the past that silicone had made many women sick. His insight and up to date and current knowledge helped me decide to go with gel instead of saline. He was very precise in measuring my chest to help me determine the right size and shape for me and I was confident with his recommendations so as not to need a breast lift also. The surgery was short and there were no issues or complications and even less pain afterward than with my first surgery.I am very pleased with the outcome and owe it to Dr. Brown for his amazing expertise. He called me the night of my surgery to see how I was doing and said if I needed anything to call his cell. He is very personable and caring and I couldn't have ask for more in a surgeon. His staff was very caring and nice and I felt like they genuinely treated me like family. I will not hesitate for a moment to use Dr. Brown and the staff at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery should the need arise in the future. I'm very pleased with my decision to go with them. Dr. Ben Brown was very helpful in answering all of my questions before my revision surgery. I went in to the consult thinking I would again get saline as I was worried about past information on silicone gel implants. He was very knowledgeable and up to date with his information on that subject and my husband and I were able to make a confident decision on my going with silicone gel instead. My pre-op appt. was very in depth and he was very thorough on precise measurements to correctly help me choose size and shape according to the width of my chest and was able to determine I would not need a lift even after having had implants for almost 20 years. The surgery was short and sweet and after removal and replacement I had almost no pain after the first two days. Everything went exactly as he said it would and I couldn't be happier with the result. Dr. Brown is exceptional at what he does and I will not hesitate to see him again should my need arise for something in the future and will most definitely refer anyone I know to him. He was simply outstanding. His entire staff treated me as if I were family each time I went to the office. That meant a lot to me. Sincerely, Sherry , Pensacola FL

It's great your first set of implants lasted 19 years but I'm glad your so happy with your revision. Congratulations! What type and size implants did you get with your revision? Did you go slightly larger this time?

Yes I went slightly larger with 475cc silicone moderate plus implants. 4 weeks post op and very happy with results.
