They have softened, not seperated. Still fuller at the top than I would like, L nipple hasnt aligned with R breast yet.

Got saline under muscle in 05. Wanted to swap them out, life span for saline isnt long. UPGRADED to 400cc silicone under.
My thoughts? There wasnt much size increase from 300cc to 400cc. I think saline was softer and more natural. The liquid filled the bottom of the implant leaving a nice slope to top of breast. The rippling is the exact same. The silicone look too round at top and too close together. My salines were close but we were supposed to fix that and now, here I am, with close set silicone. They look great in low cut tops and dresses, but awkward naked. Ill post saline before and silicone after. You be the judge.
