I was worried for a while because of the swelling..I couldn't tell if the procedure worked or not, but Im so happy with my results now. When I was researching this procedure, a lot of people claimed that they saw results immediately....not so for me. I could see a little improvement around day nine and now at 9 weeks, I can say that it was worth it. I liked the fact that the incisions were so small. They healed well and there are no signs that I had anything done. There was a very minimal amount of pain. I only felt the need to take pain meds right before the procedure and then once the morning after. The most painful part was the injections that are given before the procedure to numb you up. That was pretty painful for me, but not unbearable and it was over pretty quickly. After that, I didn't feel anything else. As for after the procedure, my neck was very sore and swollen, but it was no biggy...it only hurt if I actually touched it. Other than that, just a little uncomfortable for a few days. I did hate the compression garment! It was hard to get used to. So itchy and sometimes at night because of the bulkiness of it along with the pressure from swelling, it made me feel like I couldn't breathe ( I could breathe fine, I think it just made me anxious). I talked to my Doctor about the garment and he gave me a less bulky one. My neck is still a little achy, but Im doing just fine. This is a easy and effective treatment and if I felt the need, I would do it again.

Happy to hear :-) you look lovely. Is it true that it continues to improve for 6 months?

Yes it only got better. I'm 61 years old and inherited a very droopy turkey neck even though I'm no way near overweight.
