Thought I'd share this here in case it might help someone with questions or decisions. For my 40th I got 325 cc. My recovery was easier than I anticipated. It felt much like when you work a muscle too much..x10. :)They were perfect for me at the time but I noticed this last year they weren't filling out swimsuits and looked a little saggy. I exercise regularly and participate in many varied racing events and probably didn't support them as well as I should have. I decided to do it one more time but increase to 500cc. The recovery was so easy due to the pockets already existing. I really fretted some over the size, not wanting to look too large. After surgery I was shocked at how "small" they were. They aren't small of course, but I had envisioned such a drastic change and it wasn't. I was also crossing fingers for more in the center (cleavage) but I guess mine are just naturally set too far apart for that to become reality. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. :)

Hi, MPCC3. I think you look great and are in phenomenal shape! I loved all the bra, bralettes and swimsuit tops you shared above. You can definitely see the change in fullness and in size, even if you were shocked that it wasn't the drastic change you imagined. You definitely got a little more cleavage than you had with the 325s. I don't think cleavage when you are a la natural is that normal unless you are a very large/heavy person or have incredibly large natural. I think I'd much rather be on the small side and use a bra to push them together, lol. We are close to same age and size. I'm 47, 5'6" 120 pounds give or take a couple in either direction. I'm curious how you will like working out, running with your new and improved assets. Please continue to keep posting updates. My first BA is set for 12/21. Starting to freak out a little bit, lol.

Thank you 4thelove... Your post was a nice boost. :) I'm curious too!! I haven't been back to the gym yet. Ugh I hate it. I just feel better all over when I'm fit. This is my busy time at work so finding any extra time is proving impossible. But I will get back to it and I'll let you know. ;) I will post some more pics soon and keep you updated. Please let me know how yours goes and if I can answer any ques please ask.

I personally love 'em...you can dress the up or down. I think much bigger might not give you the sleek, athletic body you're accustomed to. Feel free to comment on the November 2015 breast implant revision surgery forum if you haven't already. Congratulations and thank you for your helpful updates!

Hi, MPCC3. Your revision looks great! I am having my first BA with Dr. Quinn next week! I am so excited! I'm 41, 5'7" and am also very athletic with bigger hips. I want a nice curvy top to match my curvy body! :) My goal is 475 in the right and 500 in the left. I feel comfortable with this size that I can downplay them for work, but look good for my husband also! I hope Dr. Quinn will be able to get close to this. I feel really comfortable with his decision. Did he do your first BA? How are you feeling now several months later?

Hey doll! Thank you so much for sharing and being a friend to everyone! SO!!! From what I understand- you and are close to the same build. I am contemplating the same increase as what you went for. Would you say that you wish you'd gone bigger? Or are you happy with your decision? Thanks for the time and again, thank you for posting and helping.

32DDD....bra measurement

User Avatar

Online bra measurement is a simple process but there are conflicting processes.
I measure a 31 band width and 37 across fullest breasts.
According the to measurement sites that take bandwidth measurement as the bra band literally, I should be a 30G or a 32 DD. I haven't purchased any underwire yet but have tried some on and the 32 band is great but DD wasn't enough and DDD was better....but some bra brands fit me better than others. I can't imagine what vs would put me at ????.
The other methods that convert the band width with my above measurements put me in a 34C. Umm....not happening. That method just can't be correct.

I agree there ought to be a more accurate standard when it comes to measuring. ..if there were, then perhaps all brands would be a little more consistent in size as well...ha ha ha. ..wishful thinking. You look so fabulous with your revision! I'm wishing i had stuck with my original size! Crap!

32 DDD was too small. 32 E or F or G fit cup wise but bothered me under my arms. They came up too high.
34DDD seems to be fitting perfectly.

They look amazing! I have the same rib cage & my implants are old & need to be re-placed. Being fit & lean - makes it hard to find a bra.
