Tummy Tuck @50, New Me!!

Here are after photo's of my Tummy Tuck and this is one of the best decisions that I could have made. The pain was manageable for me and I only used the pain meds for about the first three days, especially since I was given the nerve block, after that, I got through the pain and discomfort on my own. I forgot to mention that it is very important to have some type of garment that holds you together, different types of spanx's worked for me, make them a part of your daily undergarments in order to looked extra snatched. I am very satisfied with the results, thank you Dr. Oppenheimer!!!

The motivating factors that helped me decide that this was the right decision for me: 3 births while extremely small, stretched skin, stretch marks, weak abdominal muscle and low self confidence. Over time, skin seems to lose elasticity and I just couldn't bear looking at my stomach on a daily basis. Let me also add that I had had lipo performed last year on my stomach, flanks and back by another Dr but I just couldn't get over the results, it seemed quite aggressive in the lower abdomen. The sides of my lower abdomen looked sunken in and that was very discouraging to me. The bedside manner of the Dr just wasn't there either, I felt like a number instead of a person. After that experience, I contemplated going to the Dominican Republic, but the thought of having complications while in another country definitely changed my mind. I sought out information on local Dr's and I was highly impressed with Dr. Oppenheimer's results and his reviews to say the least. It was the best decision for me, especially when meeting him for the initial visit.
