I am currently looking to have a Breast Augmentation with Gummy Bear implants in April of 2017. I am currently a smoker but hope to be done completely at the end of the month for this surgery and the rest of my life. What I want and need to know is do I need a lift as well???? I am currently a 36C and want to go to a Full C or D with a High profile implant to fill out my upper pole. Please help! Any suggestions welcome. Im so nervous. I have 3 consults this week to determine who will perform my surgery. Ive also done TONS of research. What to get before and after surgery and what should be done before hand?

We're in the same boat, mild sagging. I'm 33 with two kids and was on the fence about the lift. When I went in for my consultation the nurse said I was borderline. I didn't 100% need a lift. She wanted to let the doctor assess me to decide. My doctor determined that I do need a lift. She said that I could get away with implants only, but I would probably be back down the line as implants can make sagging worse. plus, I really want to be able to walk around with no bra and wear all my cute dresses with the crazy backs. I say go with the lift for optimal results. First the scars scared me but they fade so nicely with time.

Hi!!! How exciting!! Im not a doctor...so I'm not sure what kind of lift will be the best for you. When you go to your consults, the doctor should tell you what procedures are available to you, and what, depending on your goal, would be the best for your specific desires/needs. Im very excited for you!!!! Keep us posted as ya go along!

So I went to my first consult and basically after all this studying I knew what I needed and the doctor confirmed. A slight breast lift, lollipop, with gummy bears. He quoted me $9070, so I have 2 more this week and will post updates. Tomorrow I meet with Dr. Oppenheimer.

What was the amount cc he suggested and fir what size? My breast are similar to yours, I'm deflated c one,side and full b the other and I only want to goto b cup. My doc recommended 300cc, sounds big to me though, I don't want double d's, I'm only 5'4' 120lbs. Good luck !

I met with Dr. Opp today and I want to go to 550. I have a taller frame so it will good to my butt, lol. CCs is just what fills the implant. if your doctor knows dimensions and has experience then this should be explained to you. 300cc is very different on me. id look like a b. But that sounds like what you want. Good Luck!
