Did they ask if you wanted a lift or to make your nipples smaller instead of pointing down? The reason I ask is mine were the same shape etc and they suggested this.
Hi. Yes they did ask me if I wanted a lift and to reduce the size and I said no to both. I did not want a vertical scar on my breast. At some point in my life I will have the size reduced and at that time I would probably do a lift and reduce the nipple size.
That is what I did too.
What size did you chose?

I had a mommy makeover in 2013 BA & TT by Dr....

I had a mommy makeover in 2013 BA & TT by Dr. Basu (I do not recommend him 1 star) and nothing looked right. He did not fix my hernia and I still had a bulging stomach. My breast had so much rippling that they were unattractive. Dr. Lomonco (Texas) redid my mommy makeover and my stomach looked great...super flat! My breast had minimal rippling but I did not like the 425 mod plus because I looking for full breast and the mod plus didnt give me what I was looking for. He was a great doctor and gets 5 stars in my book. After lots if research and decided to go to Dr. Bandy in Orange County. I cannot say enough good things about her! I wish I had found Dr. Bandy sooner! She is an amazing surgeon and considering this was my 3rd breast augmentation I have something to compare her to.
