I'm in my mid-40s, married with 3 children. My saline implant were 16 years old. L side ruptured so I had an unexpected procedure. My previous surgeon had retired so I consulted with 2 surgeons. I decided to have the same size and just a tad bit fuller. I had 300cc saline, new implants are Natrelle 339cc and opted for no lift. It's been 2 weeks and I think I should have had a breast lift or maybe a pocket revision.

I think you look beautiful and very natural. I wouldn't have lift scars when you have lovely results already. I hope you feel better about yourself soon hugs shelly xoxo

They look amazing for two weeks. I have 320cc saline unders. I'm curious as to how your saline implants looked before. I'm concerned that mine are not gonna have and natural look or feel. My husband doesn't mind the highness or firmness. Don't get me wrong I love my new boobies. I went with saline because I wanted to know immediately if they leaked to prevent any further problems down the line. You look great. Hope you heal well.

The silicone implants are definitely softer right away and I don't feel the round bags at all. Your saline implants will eventually drop and get softer.

I wouldn't have a lift. They look amazing! I have been considering switching also but will have to wait a while before doing so. Thanks for sharing.
