Others had helped me decide on getting my surgery by looking at their pic's! I thank you all for sharing! I can't believe what an incredible job Dr. Leonard Prutsok did! I have had NO complications, minimal bruising/swelling and the scars are so tiny and clean, not bumpy or uneven. I'm very glad I did. Thank you for sharing! Xox, Cheryl Updated on 15 Aug 2017: And the scars are almost invisible. I have swelling and bruising. My Plastic is Surgeon Dr.Leonard Prutsok. He is in Orange County. He has done my friends eyes and also neck and more. I trust him completely which is so important because eye surgery is a little scary to be honest!! Updated on 15 Aug 2017: Updated on 18 Aug 2017: I'm so excited because they get better everyday! I would be happy to answer my questions! I use cold/warm masks. I still tape at night. Updated on 9 Sep 2017: It's been 5 weeks since my top and lower eye lid surgery (Blepharoplasty). My eyes look and feel great. The tightness is almost completely gone on top and bottoms are not tight why I ever. I still do lower eyelid massage. Updated on 19 Sep 2017: I have had upper and lower eyelid surgery 6 weeks ago. Dr. Prutsok also did my Breast Augmentation with lift about 20 years ago. He is the best and so nice. He also fixed my friends husbands face from car accident. He is a police officer and was in a major car accident on duty. Dr. Prutsok told my friend to bring in a picture of what police officer husband used to look like before accident. She said she bought in the best photo she had of him. Dr. Prutsok made him even better looking than before accident. My friend was thrilled!! He is a true reconstructive and cosmetic Plastic Surgeon. Facelifts and cosmetic surgeries are easy for him. His skills are amazing and the results speak for themselves. He isn't a big advertiser and is very busy through referrals only that's why I like to post my results because he isn't one of those advertisers. Updated on 20 Oct 2017: I'm so happy that I decided to get my upper and lower eyelids done. I had fat transfer put under lower lids too. I had done years of Botox and Restyline but it was time or the real bag removal. Thanks you Dr. Prutsok and your nursing and front desk staff. It's been two months now and I feel very little tightness and my scars are not red anymore. They are smooth and blen flawlessly. I love where the doctor put them. My under eye scar is acually in a natural crease and actually looks youthful.
Dr Prutsok is the best Plastic Surgeon. He did my Breast Augmentation 5 years ago. He has been doing my Botox and Restyline for the last 8 years. Now I'm super excited because in 4 days I'm getting my eyes done at 50 years old. He did two of my friends eyes and they are completely natural looking! I'm going to look rested and years younger! My before & after photos are supposed to go up on his website after my surgery. I gave permission because he's the best.
I'm in my mid-40s, married with 3 children. My saline implant were 16 years old. L side ruptured so I had an unexpected procedure. My previous surgeon had retired so I consulted with 2 surgeons. I decided to have the same size and just a tad bit fuller. I had 300cc saline, new implants are Natrelle 339cc and opted for no lift. It's been 2 weeks and I think I should have had a breast lift or maybe a pocket revision. Updated on 30 Sep 2014: No more regrets of not getting a lift, they look better now. Bruising spots are almost gone. Updated on 30 Sep 2014: Updated on 1 Oct 2014: rhondabare, I hope this helps answer your question. Updated on 2 Oct 2014: Updated on 15 Oct 2014: My new underwire bra, yay! Natori underwire t-shirt bra - 32DDD
Since all of the posts before me helped me in many ways, I thought it is time to write mine. Not ready to send pics yet but here is my story...... I'm 45 mother of 2. I've always had large breast to the point I was called Dollie in high school. I reached size 38dd but spilling out. Refused to buy larger size. Also lefty was larger than the rt. I was refused by insurance about a year ago then my new doctor said let's try again. Insurance denied but PS appealed and was approved. I remember when I was called and the nurse said I was approved. I had tears of joy. I had all the feelings you all had. First joy then fear especially the day before. I has to tell myself I need this to get relief from chronic back pain and I'm way smaller on my lower body therefore looks odd and hard to buy clothes. I'm size 8-10 on bottoms and was 14-16 on top. Now not sure what size but looking much better tomorrow I will be 3 wks post op and going to get reopened on left to find where my stitches are stuck. So far that has been the worst part. I also have pain and discomfort on the bottom parts of my breast. Bought genie bras helps a bit. I maybe a size c. Will update more later....
I had my first doctor visit yesterday and already decided that I like the plastic surgeon. He took his time with me and was very nice. I was told I will have surgery in about 2 months. I need to have a mammogram first. I've never had one. I've been reading previous reviews. Thank you ladies for your reviews. It has made me more sure of my decision. Updated on 16 Jan 2015: I'm scheduled for my breast reduction surgery Thursday, February 19th at 8 a.m.. I am very excited! I finally posted a couple of pictures of me before surgery. I will post after surgery also. Updated on 30 Jan 2015: Only things left to do are chest X-ray, lab work and going in for markings the day before surgery. Like most women having this surgery, I am trying to create a healthier lifestyle for myself. I've lost maybe a few pounds, but I just feel better. I am determined to get my confidence back. I posted one more picture of myself before surgery. Updated on 26 Feb 2015: I had my BR surgery exactly one week ago. The surgery took over 6 hours. 4 lbs was removed from my right breast and over 3 lbs from my left breast. No complications. Hospital was great. (St. Joseph in Orange, CA.) Pain is being managed well. I began taking a full dose of Miralax the day I came home. I have not had any problems with constipation. I recommend taking Miralax daily after any surgery, especially if you will be taking pain medication. Don't stop taking it until you are finished with the pain medication. I also recommend taking your pain medication as prescribed. You may even want to get in the habbit of taking your next dose 15 minutes early. You don't ever want to wait until you're in terrible pain to take your next dose. A big part of healing is lots of rest and sleep. If you're always in pain you won't get any rest. Don't be afraid of pain medication. You can slowly ween yourself off as you begin to feel better. Updated on 28 Feb 2015: I saw my doctor today. He removed the little bulster sponges from my nipples. They were attached with stitches and took a little time to remove them. My doctor told me that the purpose for them is to provide some pressure, holding the re-attached nipples firmly to their new position to encourage blood flow. You will be glad you took your pain medication when they are pulling at stitches. Important point; Make sure you are honest with your doctor about how much pain medication you have been taking. There are some strict laws when it comes to refilling controlled substances so you may need your doctor's approval at the pharmacy if, for instance, you run out of your pain medication early because you are taking 2 pills at a time instead of 1. Don't feel bad. Everyone experiences pain in a different way. It's really important to be honest with your doctor.
I think you meant for your weight to be listed as 128 for your fit frame. If that is the case your breasts look very good for the photo that you posted. I would advised you to consider not having any implant at all. Despite the results for some people there are many problems that come with implants and most people expect to have another surgery within ten years with the best of results.
The congential nevus is hard to treat and the process generally involves the placement of tissue expanders. The tissue expanders stretch the skin. Folowing the expansion portions of the dark tissue are removed and replaced with the stretched skin. The whole process is time intensive and generally needs to be done multiple times. I think a few years older would be preferable. There is no hard and fast rule as to the risks of anesthesia, but for many congenital problems we often have children wait until they are around two years of age.
