A month away from my 1 yr post op

Hi everyone. So I'm about 1 month away from my 1 yr post op. I saw my PS today and addressed the pooch or which I call "my baby front butt". I thought it was swelling but the doctor confirmed that it is loose skin and possibly a little fat and in order for me to get rid of it I have to undergo a mini tummy tuck. To be honest, I'm feeling very defeated and I feel like crying. I worked so hard before my surgery making sure I was in the best shape possible so that this wouldn't happen to me and here I sit..it happened. I am a stay at home mom so my husband was the one who gifted me this amazing surgery but in order to get the look I was hoping for it's going to cost an other $4000-$5000! I feel like I'm back to where I started. I have to be choosy of my clothing. Nothing too tight or my baby front butt shows and a swimming suit is completely out of the question. I wanted this surgery so I wouldn't have these problems anymore....excuse me while I go cry.

Dr. Bruneteau is an AMAZING surgeon. I felt comfortable with him right off the bat. He answered every question I had without me having to ask. He is very educated and experienced, which made me feel even more comfortable. His office and staff are amazing. The nurses are phenomenal as well. My entire experience from consultation to surgery to post op has been such a great experience. Dr. Bruneteau did a remarkable job on my body , I would have never imagined looking as good as I do! His bedside manner is top notch. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bruneteau to any one! A+ surgeon. A+ clinic. A+ staff.

I thought that most plastic surgeons covered the cost of revision when it's been less than a year and clearly their fault? Obviously he should have taken more skin off in the first place
I ended up coming to an agreement with my PS. He waved all of his fees. I was responsible for covering the charge for the surgery room and anesthesia. My surgeon worked very well with me. I no longer feel like crying. I got the results I wanted so I’m a happy girl!
Can we see the revision?
I’m considering this surgery. Would you advise against it?
I would do it all over again! One of the best decisions I have ever made. The confidence I regained from this is worth it in itself!

Thank you for such a comprehensive journey sharing! I wear size 11 and would love to be a 2 or even a 4. I am a little older...55, but don't feel that old. I am in the research phase. Hope to have done by this time next year!!
