Hi, may I ask why you got incisions at the top? I’ve had butt implants and I have an incision in between my butt cheeks which is just about 2 inches (if that) long and it’s hidden

Why are the incisions at the top. I thought the whole purpose was to hide the incisions? My incisions are between my cheeks.
