There aren't enough stars here to accurately describe the care Dr. Nihjer and his staff gave me. I don't know too many people I can recommend unhesitatingly, but Dr. N is on that short list. I visited two plastic surgeons. When I met with Dr. Nihjer, he explained things so clearly and made me feel so comfortable that I unhesitatingly went forward with the surgery. His staff is phenomenal. I have received the utmost care and attention since the surgery and would gladly do it again. I look natural, not "tight." No one looking at me would guess that I had had surgery. I would encourage anyone to go to Dr. Nihjer. He's amazing!
