I pay 500 for the consultation I think is very expensive but I gave it a try. I discussed my issues since I have bellafill few months before with a different doctor I want to have surgery but she wanted to charge me like 13000 for blepharoplasty and I then put fat for around 9000 it's crazy how much money she charges. I have to say that she is very nice and listened to me but it's to much money and she didn't promise me that it would remove all the filler and she suggested me to do juvederm and since I was going to get charge for the consultation I decide to use that money for that filler she told me where I wanted the filler I showdown her but I mean she is the doctor she said I will do what you want me to fo. I I'm a Profesional I know what I what . What I need is a expert to help me with that . So to make it simple I got the filler which I didn't really want it because I hear a lot about the side effects like puffiness and Tyndall effect but I agreed because she said that the sta not true. The first day it was swallow and kind of red under my eyes. I asked her when I'm going to see results she said 2 to 3 weeks. I saw a vertical line I hate it and I told her about it she said that it's normal and later it will be smooth. I waited and nothing I dint went back to her because I didn't like the results I got a disolver injection don't remember the name with a different doctor and I had restalyne. I don't see the results i wanted but I feel much better and more confident than before. Also forgot to mention I always see her videos using a white pencil and the T tool I don't know the name of it. And she didn't use them with me.. why ? I don't know. I personally think she is a great doctor and maybe that day wasn't my day. I would recommend her to all people that can pay that amount of money . She must be great doctor to charge that amount. And sorry I don't have a photo with juvederm. I didn't even want to see me at the mirror.

$9000 just for tear trough fat transfer?! Or a couple of areas on face? Also - what are those roller things she uses when she does filler? Or are they just for lips? I haven't seen any other doctors use them I wanna know if she has some special technique! Not that I could afford it obviously lol!

Yes just for the tear trough area and I don't remember the name of that tool but she didn't use it with me. For on what I know that tool can be used for the whole face it helps with the pain or something like that

Ohhh ok I thought it was something super technical - awks! Her instagram photos look amazing and so natural the before / afters but that is way too much money for the average girl - I haven't had any fillers yet but I was thinking about it maybe, having less is better than too much apparently though but at least you were safe with her

All I can say is that she is great... I mean she knows what she is doing and I also saw her instagram that's why I went to her but for some reason I didn't like I don't know how I looked 3 weeks after the filler so I went to a different doctor. Maybe I'm a little picky. But if you don't have the money to go to her I recommend dr Brett kotlus he is excellent. From the first moment you talk to him you will feel that he knows what he is doing. Also he is a nice person.

P.s i am pretty nervous to have fillers, really i just need a bleph on one side i have an eye bag but only under one eye!!!!! I like that brett k does fat repositioning and not removal, but honestly i dont think i am brave enough to do eye surgery or fillers. Just gonna leave it for now. Did he mention surgery to you same as lara d did?

I don't really need surgery the problem with me was that I had bellafill under my eyes and that a filler that is not good for that area I did it with another dr before I went to De Lara and I wanted to have it removed so and add my own fat instead of fillers. But since I paid 500 for consultation I had the juviderm filler and I paid the rest. I don't really need surgery but I see so many cases that they leve the wrong filler for years and then they see problems so I don't want that. Both Drs told me that I don't need but it's up to me that fillers will do the same but I can't afford the filler every year. The difference between dr Lara and dr kotlus is that they use. Different fillers dr Lara uses juvederm and the other uses restalyne which for me is wet better because it's softer than juviderm he even told me that he used juviderm before but he sees better results with juviderm. I think every dr is different and they have their own techniques. If i were you I would do fillers first. I'm very sad that I didn't do it myself and I went straight to have bellafill because It's suppost to last more than 5 years and I did my work I searched a lot even here and I saw great result with bellafill under the eyes but unfortunately I didn't read the side effects of that filler.

I had tear trough filler from Dr Devgan 10 weeks ago and still have bruising. She told me it will go away on its own..but i am worried it won't. And yes, her prices are outrageous and I'm kicking myself for soending so much..lip filler and microneedling for mediocre results

She's is a very good dr but too expensive. I didn't have brushing at all I think you skim is more delicate than mine. Dr kotlus is the best is less espensive with great results. You probably need more time she usually says 2 to 3 weeks until you see final results but I think it's more. Also I donde like juviderm it more harder and of course i think it last a little more longer but I hate when I take pictures specially with flash.

I had the tear trough filler October 24th..it's now January 9th..still have bruising..also..i had lip filler from her and had to point out that one side was uneven. She added more filler and told mebshe wouldn't charge me for the extra filler..like she wss doing me a favor...but that was her mistake!!

I understand how you feel I had to go to a different dr to have it dissolve the filler at least my right side . She emailed me after my review here that if I need anything to just let her know. Which I think she was very professional to try to make me feel better but at that time I went to a different dr and I'm so thankful even though I still don't like the final results but it's because I made bad decisions . Now Im planning to do fat grafting.

So she screwed up your tear trough filler? I saw her 2 weeks ago for microneedling..she told me not to panic but i read online that i could use some prescription hydrocortisone cream..why didn't she prescribe me some? She's very expensive and i am very disappointed in my results..my dark circles are still there..except with bruises @

Just wanted to update..i emailed her..she said i can come in for a follow up no charge...she is also going to call me. She emailed me my before and after photos and even with the bruising my eye bags look alot better.

She didn't screwed up my tear troughs she did put juviderm filler under my eyes but I didn't like the results at all I saw a vertical line horrible I didn't like so that's why I put my review here just to let people know my experience.
