I have wanted to fix my nose forever. Unlike most Rhino-seekers, my problem is my nose is too flat. I am of European/South American descent, and have been told I look quite Russian. Except my nose. The bridge is flat and nostrils wide. I never photograph well because of it. I hate it so much. I look great in person and in the mirror, but photograph awful. I have wanted my nose fixed forever, but have never had the finances to do so. Photographing well is integral to my career. My crooked teeth, flat nose and ears that stick out are holding me back.
This year will be different. I have decided to finally fix things. I will begin Invisalign treatment the end of this month. My dentist thinks I might only need them for 6 months, but of course we will see how well my teeth move.
After, my smile is fixed I hope to get rhinoplasty soon after. After researching my options, I definitely like Dr Steven J Pearlman the best. I had a consultation with him in June 2015. I scheduled a date with him for May 2016, but Invisalign treatment will push back rhino for a short bit.
I am worried about my Rhino results. Since I have a flat bridge, my concern is too BUILD rather than take away. I want to have the cute Russian nose that my relatives have. It would suit the rest of my face and features.
My god, do I want rhino done. I think about it all the time. I was thinking about opening a second credit card to help pay for the cost. I won't open a Care Credit account. Does anyone have any advice for financial options?

The office is well run and the girls working the desk seemed nice. I didn't have a long wait, but I felt comfortable. Dr Pearlman was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and expectations and explained how he would address them. The whole office was clean and comfortable, looked state of the art. Then I met with Donna Fay to discuss finances and setting a date. I look forward to having the procedure done with them, once my finances are in order.
