Nose Now Points to the Side and Breathing Difficulties Remain
I had 2 surgeries with Chris Moss. Although thinner, my nose unfortunately now points/twists to the side. I need to physically hold open the right side for full airflow.
I originally had the rhinoplasty to improve breathing and to refine the shape of the nose. After the first surgery the tip was uneven, pointy one side and flat on the other. It was quite disconcerting, and in addition I still had breathing issues. The surgeon said that the first operation was more complex than he had expected it to be. He eventually agreed to perform a revision surgery, at a reduced expense.
After the second surgery, the nose was still uneven at the tip, and breathing was still difficult. My nose did not used to lean to the side. The nose does not seem to like whatever went on in in the surgery, as it now twists off to the left, more visible from some angles than others.
I am fairly disappointed with the result and how it looks and feels. I am now in a position where I will need a third surgery to correct the nose.
Note: This surgery was 7-10 years ago and perhaps the surgeon now utilises other methods. I am posting this as I have just been quoted for revision surgery and it has prompted me to share feedback.
