I sleep every night with a bra since I read that is important to maintain the position and to fight gravity and sagging in general , which that even goes for natural breasts.

Dr Krochmal has been an amazing doctor and immaculate surgeon! I was confident that he would do a great job, after having been to his office 3 times before my surgery for consultations and pre-op appointments. He spent a significant amount of time with my husband and I , answering questions, showing us pictures and working with us to determine the right size that will please both of us. He ordered samples to help us make our final decision and even suggested an option to help give me a 'lift ' effect to enhance the outcome, which I haven't done initially, but plan to in a few years when gravity will take hold. (inevitable for us all!) His staff is wonderful and worked with my schedule after hours and during the holidays to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an educated, kind and experienced and precise doctor.
