So it has been about a year and a half now and...

So it has been about a year and a half now and while I have enjoyed my new breasts, I have at times struggled to not fill out a dress the way I would like. Also the gummies are a bit hard and not very malleable. I've scheduled a breast implant revision. I'll be going up to a 545 CC Natrelle Inspira silicone high profile implant. My surgery is tomorrow and I'm ready and excited for the upgrade!

Day of treatment
Had my Surgery today
I arrived at Dr Krochmal office at 10am for an 11:30 surgery. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I was given a locker, robe, and blue cap and slippers.
I had a urine pregnancy test, and was prepped with an IV. As we got things underway, my anxiety and nerves began to rise. But as soon as Dr krochmal arrived I felt calm and secure. We had three prior appointments and a game plan that we'd discussed and refined together with him , my husband and myself. I knew that what we decided would ultimately be satisfactory for all involved.

I can see from your physique that a larger size implant looks very nice and natural on you. You have come a long way. Thank you for sharing these helpful pictures. Try not to worry to much about the temporary weight gain. It will subside in 3 weeks or so. ;)
