After 50 years of being very small breasted I decided to do something for myself and improve my body image. This absolutely did the trick and I can't believe I waited so long. The procedure took approximately 2 hours and I did experience pain once the pain pills wore off but I saw Dr. Casas weekly for at least there months and she always treated my issues with great care and professional support.

Dr. Casas was so patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She was extremely attentive and patient and explained everything thoroughly. She even had a previous patient contact me to share her experiences. Most of my friends that have had the same procedure can't believe all the follow up visits I had with Dr. Casas. Most of them saw their doctor once after surgery. Dr. Casas is very conscientious and treats her patients with great care.
