I'm scheduled for smart lipo and fat transfer on 4/13.
I'm 40. 5'3" and 180 lbs. I have one child and my stomach is my main problem area. I'm getting lipo on upper ab, lower ab, flanks and fat pad above my butt. I'm super excited and a little nervous as I am now 3 days before my surgery. I will try my best to post updates here. I'm having the surgery close to home, it's less than 1 mile away! I have pads and the bbl pillow along with other necessities already to go at home.Wish me luck!!

Hey!! Well honestly I am super nervous and I am trying to stay busy around the house. I just took my before pictures and I have posted some here. I am so ready to kiss that butt and gut goodbye!!!! I am nervous mostly about the aftercare I live alone --I have friends that say they're going to stop by and check on me but at the end of the day I'm a little nervous about having to be able to care for myself right after the surgery if no one else shows up. I set up my spare bedroom as a little recovery suite. I have a daybed in there with a metal frame so I think that's going to be better support for when I'm sleeping on my stomach and it will allow me to use pillows to keep my butt off the bed. I just read another person's post and they said they didn't sit down until seven weeks. They're results were amazing. I would like to delay sitting for as long as possible however I work a desk job and it's gonna be hard to stand up for so many hours straight. I set up a standing desk at work a few weeks ago but I get tired of standing. I am working from home for two weeks and after that I'm expected to go back to the office. I hope I'll be feeling ok by then! Stay tuned for updates and feel free to give me some tips if you know of any!! ????????????????
