How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Correct Website Address: botoxsavingsprogram.com

Please disregard the previous post with the wrong website. The correct one is: www.botoxsavingsprogram.com. This is where you would get reimbursed up to $400 for your treatment! I paid $165 for the Botox and then $150 as a copay. Got it all back!

Third Consecutive Treatment Done + Botoxsavingsplan.com

I have to say, I'm glad I started Botox up again. It has helped tremendously. I do still get migraines around ovulation and my period, but they're not as bad AND not as frequent around that time.

I also wanted to mention the website Botoxsavingsplan.com. I have to pay a $150 copay out of pocket for my health insurance and $165 for the actual Botox prescription. But I submit the proper paperwork to Botoxsavingsplan.com and they will reimburse you up to $400 for each treatment every 90 days! So far I've paid nothing then!

Starting Up Again!

I got the ball rolling to start Botox again. There is also a new website that Botox has started to help with copays, etc. Google it!

I've noticed since stopping Botox, my migraines have picked up. So I am excited.

I also started keeping track of how many pain pills and Triptans I take. Seems that since trying to take less, I have had some of the migraine attacks cease. I never knew about MOH (Medication Overuse Headache). Crazy. Another one to Google!

I will update once I start....
