Dr. Sadati is simply the best you will find in...
Dr. Sadati is simply the best you will find in Southern California. That is my opinion. I had an initial procedure done in 1994. That doctor was working with a blank canvass. After all was said and done the only real difference I noticed was scar tissue on the side of my nose. It made my nose look lopsided upon close inspection. Since then, I had my nose broken 4 times. By the time I saw Dr. Sadati I had fragments, small, sticking out of two different parts of my nose. My nose shifted to the left when I smiled.
Dr. Sadati took plenty of time getting to know what my concerns were, listened to all the issues and concerns I had with my nose and assured me that he could improve the appearance of my nose and correct my breathing. He told me that if I was asking to much he would tell me and I believed him
Went through the prodedure in March of 2014.
The week we removed the bandages on my face I totally freaked out because the side of my nose that initially had scar tissue was swollen and I looked like a muppet. Thankfully, Dr. Sadati's confidence and assurance helped me through a very tough month.
By month six I could not be happier with the results. Noone knows I had the procedure done, yet I seem to be attracting a lot more people. Something is obviously different, just noone knows what it is. The only issue I had was whenever I had a drink with alcohol my nose would swell.
One year later, swelling is gone even after a cold one. Nose looks great. I've bumped it a few times and it holds up great. Could not be happier with Dr. Sadati's work...he is truly an artist.
Two last things.....at the surgery center even the nurses told me that Dr. Sadati was the best that they knew of and that I was in the best hands possible. That REALLY put me at ease.
Second thing, I have not included photos, but if you go see Dr. Sadati I have given him permission to show my photos and have people contact me. I won't post photos because noone knows I had it done and I'd like to keep it that way.

Dr Sadati is the best in my opinion. His staff could be a little more willing to let you talk to him, especially after spending thousands of dollars there. I get that he is extremely busy, but when I'm nervous or have a question pertaining to my procedure I don't want the receptionist answering my question, I want to hear it from the Dr. You just have to insist on talking to him. Otherwise, everything went extremely smooth.
