I had kybella 2 weeks ago. I swelled up and I did not bruise at all. I did not have any downtime except for being self concious about the swelling. Went to see my doctor and he liked so far the effects on me. Still I have swelling, however me noted the fat has been breaking into little lumps under the chin. Second set in 4 weeks.

Thanks for starting a review! Keep us posted on what the swelling does over the next 4 weeks, and about your second round of injections. Did you figure out any good way to hide the swelling when it was really bad?
