Dr. Westreich is a fantastic surgeon and ENT. I went to numerous consultations before finding him, and I was so happy when I finally met him. From the moment I met Dr. Westreich I knew he was the surgeon for me. He is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and more importantly a great listener. I couldn't be happier with my results.
It had been well over 8 years that I hadn't been able to breathe out of one side of my nose and he was able to fix it. He is unlike any other surgeon I have met. He made me feel comfortable and taken care of which was so important. I was so sick of consulting with pompous surgeons who told me what they were gonna do to my own face- Dr. Westreich takes the time to listen and is very reasonable as far as results and expectations- not to mention incredibly thorough. He examined the ins and outs of my nose, that was a first for any of my consultations, which I LOVED. I had a rather crazy medical history as far as sinus surgeries, he didn't dismiss that and really took into consideration all the details that go into a Rhinoplasty with nasal septal work.
Dr. Westreich made sure to go over every little detail of my surgical procedure before, as well as the day of surgery before I was put under anesthesia...I had my post op appointment today and after seeing my nose when the cast came off, I couldn't be happier with my decision, he is so incredibly skilled and my results are better than I could have pictured them to be.
It's also worth mentioning that his staff is SO helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to contact my insurance company and get everything I needed for the day of my surgery. They made me feel so comfortable about contacting them about any concerns or questions, and just made life so much easier for me.

Thanks for providing some feedback on Dr. Westreich. I'm considering him for a rhinoplasty and was wondering if you would be willing to show some before and after pictures? Also did he provide a picture showing what he expected your nose would look like after surgery? Did he do an open or closed rhinoplasty on you?

Hi there!
He used a closed approach, and yes he does the simulation of projected results. I'm a very visual person and he really impressed me. I may post some before and afters-- just haven't had a moment to.
