Yes it looks natural. He did what he said he would do, it just had less effect than I would have thought. I can see a difference but it's weird no one has said thing.

I am 3 months post-op and had my 1st rhinoplasty with Dr. Miller in May. I also don't notice any changes in my nose; it looks shapeless, bigger and no one has noticed it. He did not remove my hump completely plus I have two bumps on my mid nasal bridge due to spreader graft. I am devastated and depressed and regret my decision.

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you speak to him about it? He needs to know and explain what happened. I know that office is always hectic and you feel rushed.

I have an appoint with him soon. So far he's dismissed and blamed all my concerns on swelling including visible and ugly bumps due to spreader graft, crooked nasal bridge, and remaining hump.Thanks for your support. Did you have spreader graft? He wants to inject steroid to these bumps but I don't trust his judgment anymore. I heard from experts that these bumps needs to be shaved down or removed through a revision. I'm planning to write a review on him and warn others not to choose him for rhinoplasty.

My tip was refined but no spreader graft. I don't much about this. I hope it all works out. Just hang in there. Dr. Miller has been getting bad reviews as of late

You have to ask your surgeon if he put one in.

Dr. Miller told me I need spreader graft to prevent mid valve collapse. Around week 4 post-op when swelling was going down I started to notice these bumps.

I am not gonna ask then he'll know I hang out on this website ! Hahha

Same. My nose is half it's former size and a few peeps think i look different from losing weight. I actually gained weight!

I am sorry about your bad experience. Have you talked to ur surgeon?

It is really weird. My doctor warned me about this but it's one of those thing you don't believe until it happens to you!

Most ppl need revisions even after a succesful surgery. But doctors never tell you that.

I agree with you. And especially if there are more than one problem to fix in a nose, less skilled surgeons cant fix it in one surgery

He showed me a photo of how my nose would look after surgery. It does not look that way in 3d. it's not accurate BC your nose looks.different from different angles and he only showed me two angles. I was overly impressed by him and stupid.

That's the other issues. Any concerns are attrbuted to swelling. pre and post op I mostly deal with his staff. I understand he is busy but since I did the surgery for purely aesthetic reasons, I'm schocked by how little interest he has shown. He gets grest reviews so I don't get it. Thanks for your support

I do see a difference with the tape. It less bulbous. Thanks so muc h. I didn't know about it. My nose is still too big though. I think it's not all due to swelling

Mine is lookin small these days!!! :))) hang in there! The swelling lasts a really long time

I am so sorry that you had to go through all that, I'm sooooo glad thought, that I've seen all the others with bad experiences like me, and decided against Dr. Miller. Thank you for your input, but I hate that they were a holes to you too. They shouldn't be in practice.
