Its Official....I Am Booked!! - New York

Hey beauties. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the journey. So I'm paid and full, medically cleared for my surgery with Dr. Schulman on 11/18 and scared shitless. I've actually stayed away from this site for a while since I found myself obsessing about this whole process. Wake up on the morning - realself, get into the office - realself, all day in the office - realself, when i get home - realself, in between commercial breaks - realself.....I'm sure you get my drift. I just needed to fall back and relax.

So I had my final pre-op consultation this past Friday. Got answers to a few of my lingering questions, got my prescriptions and had my exam. During the exam, I planned to ask Dr. S his understanding of what I was looking for, of course to make sure we were on the same page. Welp, since my doctor is so freakin awesome, I didn't need to ask. During the exam, he told me what he planned to do, which was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Small waist, full hips with a little bit more projection. YESSSSSSSSSSSS! I love it. Damn, I just instantly got overwhelmed with excitement. The wealth of emotions that you experience while embarking on this journey is crazy yall. I never would have imagined that I would be in this place planning for this procedure, but I feel so blessed to be able to to this for me. I trust that I'm going to come out BOMB with the help of Dr. S.

As I mentioned in my last post, I've been wearing butt pads. I purchased them from Love My Bubbles and they have both butt and hip padding, as hips/lady curves are primarily what I'm trying to achieve. I really do love them. As soon as I pull up my silicone booty my lips instantly get pouty. Its like an insta-ish feela. LOL I'm getting a lot of extra attention with this slight addition, so I can only imagine what things will be like once I get the real deal. Its funny because my rump has always caught a wandering eye, but the added curve really reels them all in. I'm anxiously anticipating the new me!!

Hey beauties. Pardon me, had a Tupac moment lol. But honestly, when I think about where I am in this journey, nothing can describe it like that verse. So I'm scheduled for surgery on 11/18. One of my biggest fears with respect to this process, next to death of course, is taking time out of the office and coming back with a great big bootie and everyone looking at me sideways. I actually shared this concern with Dr. S. Apparently its a pretty common concern. He suggested that I start to prepare everyone for my transition. Start talking about hitting the gym hard, doing crazy squats. and UM....wearing butt pads. YIKES!!! I've heard about it, but I never thought to consider wearing butt pads. Its always been so comical to me. I often referred to them as diaper butt. I would NEVER wear butt pads, ever. He must be crazy to even suggest them to me. The nerve of him..., like I'm actually going to be walking around with a padded arse.

Welp, fast forward.....here it is less than than two weeks since Dr. S suggested that I wear them, and my padded arse is officially one week old! LMAO. I had my appointment on Friday, and ordered my padded boy shorts and bottie bra that Sunday. And of course I had to express delivery. I mean, who wants to wait for your ass to arrive. Isnt that what we're all waiting for? Delivery came two days later, tried them on with my squeem and I was beyond amazed. They looks so frickin natural I can kick myself for not knowing sooner. Oh, and did I mention the lift that the booty bra gives? Every bit of amazing.

On day 1 I got lots of looks. I usually do, but this was a little bit more. Maybe because my bootie was extra jiggly wiggly in the bra. People have primarily commented that they can see I've been working out. Yes!!! Just what I was going for. And and my confidence has improved significantly just by wearing these garments alone. Listen...when its officially done on 11/18, I can already tell I'm going to be a problem. In a really good way or course (insert devilish grin here)....

So, I either wear my butt pads or butt bra every day. Even on weekends. I started off with the thinner hip and butt pads, and as my date gets closer, I will switch to the larger sized silicone pads. Since I've been doing this, I'm pretty sure I'll feel much better showing back up in the office after my procedure. I'm so glad Dr. S suggested it, because I never would have considered. Also, getting dressed has become a lot easier and faster. Since I'm wearing the squeem and the pads, I am no longer concerned about outfits making me look too square and/or too fat. No [RS bleep], this is the best decision I made all year!! Ahhhh, the little things in life....

Ignorance is bliss, but this knowledge was my power beauties.
