Just wanted to post a couple pictures 2.5 months out. Very happy with how my nose looks and fits my face!
I've also disliked my profile and thought my nose...
I've also disliked my profile and thought my nose drooped at the tip, overshadowing my other facial features. I originally found Dr. Romo from New York Magazine's list of Best Doctors and was incredibly impressed by his positive reviews on RealSelf as well. I also liked the fact that he didn't have one "signature" nose, but rather seemed to tailor each nose to suit the individual.
I had consultations with multiple NYC and Connecticut doctors, but ultimately chose Dr. Romo and am so grateful that I did. He spent over an hour during my primary consultation walking me through exactly what he thought was possible and answering any questions I had. He never pressured me into making a decision, but rather gave honest feedback. He had a very warm, honest personality and Michele was very welcoming too. His digital imaging also gave me a piece of mind as it helped ensure me that we were on the same page.
The day of surgery he made me feel very comfortable and he was always there to answer questions postop. Any problem or worry I had and his office was there to help. Although the bruising has lasted longer than expected and I know I am still a little swollen, three weeks out I am thrilled with my results. My nose suits my face so well and is incredibly natural looking. As a friend said I "look like me, but better." With all of the horror stories on this sight about patients needing revision rhinoplasties, I am so happy that I chose Dr. Romo.
I will upload before and afters in a couple weeks once my bruising is 100% gone.

See above but Dr. Romo was phenomenal. All of the staff as Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital were great as well.
