LOVE my Results!
Short version of this review — if you can comfortably afford it but you’re on the fence about whether to go with Dr. Neinstein or to even get the procedure done in the first place, you can stop overthinking. Just get it with Dr. Neinstein because you will 1000% not regret it and be SO HAPPY with your results. Dr. Neinstein and his staff get an 11/10 from me in terms of results, procedure, staff, customer service / communication, and cost. If you want anyone shoving a stick in you, its Dr. Neinstein.

About me & my procedure: Asian American female, 25 yo, 5’7”, (formerly) 140-150 lbs depending on the day. I eat well 50% of the time and am moderately active, but just like anyone else, I love food and partying and all that other fun stuff that isn’t conducive to weight loss. I felt I was always pretty “medium” sized but honey I wanted to be SKINNY, and I knew I was never going to achieve my ideal body without severely compromising my lifestyle (which I’d tried multiple times and totally hated!). Sooo I decided to leave my “chunky but funky” persona behind and get that stubborn fat sucked out of my torso (including love handles) and inner thighs!
The results? INCREDIBLE. I mean, just look at my pictures (attached to this review). I’m only 1 month out of surgery (it can take up to a full year to see results) and and my torso is already so skinny. I’m stoked about my body and I’m not even at my final form. My thighs haven’t quite gotten there yet but I’m excited to see how those’ll turn out too. Dr. Neinstein does an unbelievable job of making your resulting body shape look natural, as if you never got work done. If you’re female and concerned you won’t get the shape you want, don’t worry girl because Dr. Neinstein is WITH IT and KNOWS what you’re going for!
As for the actual procedure itself? A BLAST! (Yes, you read that correctly). The procedure is quick (mine was 90 min) and virtually painless, not to mention its insanely satisfying watching all the fat get sucked out of you and into a giant, see-through container (basically what we’ve all fantasized about). They medicate you with super fun drugs, play feel good music, and you feel like you’re at the Coachella of plastic surgery.
Staff? AMAZING! Dr. Neinstein and his staff (Bella and Lisa) are super friendly, upbeat, and casual and you’ll immediately feel like you’re all besties. These are the people you want at Thanksgiving to make the holidays with your extended family less miserable.
Customer Service & Communication? UNBEATABLE. I sent them a GAZILLION questions prior to and following the procedure, and I always received a thoughtful response within hours of messaging, even during evenings and weekends. I also received frequent phone calls and check ins to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Neinstein and his staff are so attentive that you will feel like you’re their only patient!
Cost? Literally SO AFFORDABLE compared to other plastic surgeons. Seriously, compare quotes and you’ll see.
I’d like to end my review with this: Similar to many of you, I was apprehensive of lipo - Is it worth the cost? What if my body turns out irreversibly strange? Well let me tell you that lipo has come a looong way since the days of crazy sutures, bumps, and saggy skin, and after having done it myself, I have seen the light and am now a believer.
