47yr Old 475cc Silane Replace with Shaped Silicone

My experience with Dr. Hendricks started in October 2016 when I visited his office to discuss the removal of 15 yr old saline implants with new silicone shaped implants. I visited 3 other surgeons and after meeting with Dr. Hendricks I knew he was the surgeon for my situation. I met with him twice alone and then again with my husband. Dr. Hendricks was patient and concerned regarding my expectations surrounding my revision. My existing large ( 550cc) silane implants were placed over the muscle and I was experiencing droopy, sagging breasts with extremely thin skin covering the implants. My desire was for a more athletic appearance, as I visit the gym 5 days weekly. We decided on the Natrelle 410 silicone shaped implant (255cc). On December 5, 2016, I have the implant exchange performed; however, we opted to wait a couple of months to perform the breast lift - to allow the skin to naturally shrink. I was very happy with the size of the implants. In March 2016, Dr. Hendricks performed the breast lift. He removed all loose skin and reduced the size of my areola, using the lollipop lift. I was happy with the appearance, however, these implants do not provide much upper pole; therefore, I was unable to fill the top of my bra and had very little cleavage. I also had some loose skin at the base of both breasts (I have very elastic skin, therefore, this did not surprise me).Approximately 5 months later, I could feel the ridge of the implant at the upper pole of the left breast. At first, we contributed this to the chest muscle pushing against the implant after a work out, however, in November 2017, Dr. Hendricks was concerned that the implant may have shifted and this was causing the unusual feeling. Dr. Hendricks, working with the implant manufacturer, was able to replace the 410 implants with Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch 340cc implants. Although, I do not feel any of these problems were the fault of Dr. Hendrick - he replaced the implants (manufacturer supplied these at no charge) and performed another lift (to remove the remaining loose skin) at no charge. I only was required to pay the surgical facility fees.

Have not posted in a while, but all is well. Doctor released me to return to normal abs, lower body and cardio workouts (with proper sport bra support). I am healing well and hope to have the breast lift procedure in March.
**Dr. Hendrick prefers to allow breast to heal and skin shrink before performing lift to ensure proper nipple placement.

I have include a couple post implant revision - pre lift. Not really comfortable sharing but hope they help others make the decision to go ahead with their procedures.

Went to Victoria's Secret and was sized in a 32dd - previously was a 34dd. Enjoy that I can where an I padded sports bra and look atheltic or where some padding and have the sexy look.

Yesterday I had my 2 week post op appt. Dr. Hendrick removed the tape from atop my incisions. When I final viewed the scars - they were virtually non existent!!! He cleared me to return to the gym for leg and light ab work outs. Other than skin hypersensitivity and the itchiness that comes with healing - I feel great.
