43 Yrs Old Needed a Changed

Ok, after checking so many stories here I decided to post my journey. I am super nervous about it because of the post op pain and discomfort but I am ready to move on with it. I had a tummy tuck done back in 2006 and right after I had my daughter so go figure. My biggest concern is my waist, even more than my butt, I used to be real small and after I turned 40 I have been gaining weight and it's been hard to lose it or to get in shape
I decided to go with this clinic because one of my friends (the one that talked me into doing it) did it there and she looks amazing. I was supposed to do it September 5th with Dr. Abuzeni but he left the clinic and I just find out two weeks ago. Not really happy with that, I should have been informed, but at the end of the day the doctor performing the surgery is more important than the staff around it and I am confident That Dr Earle will do a good job. I spoke with Mar who was very apologetic about what had happened and she seems very nice, that is why I am not changing places. The concern now is the hurricane Irma, I am praying for the people in Miami, and hoping they are all safe. I guess my surgery will depend on what happen these next few days. I will keep you posted.

Finally got BBL with Dr. Abuzeni. Long story short, with hurricane Irma in the middle New Life Cosmetics clinic had a hard time communicating with me, I was scheduled to have surgery on September 19 and kept calling them yo find out what was going to happen and never got a straight answer. Now, being that I have to drive 4 hours to Miami, hotel already booked and paid for that week, every plan already in motion with my children taken care of to be able to be out of town that week, I could not afford losing all that. By Friday September 15 I contacted My cosmetic surgery clinic and to my surprise Dr Abuzeni was working with them. My coordinator, Claudia, was able to find my an appointment for that same Tuesday September 19 and I was able to have my surgery as planned.
Something I did not mentioned before is that my surgery with New Life.... was supposed to be with Dr. Abuzeni primarily, however Dr. Abuzeni left that clinic and I was never informed until it was time to have my surgery when I found out it was going to be with Dr. Steven Earle instead. Therefore when I called My Cosmetic clinic and found out he was working there I was Very happy to be able to do it with him.
On Monday September 18 I met with Dr. Abuzeni and loved him, his manners, the way he talked to me and how well he explained what to expect after the surgery. The only bump on the road is the front desk personal at the 8th street office as well as the girls at the massage office suite 24, they rarely say even hi or acknowledge your existence.
Kuddos to Beatriz, Dr. Abuzeni 's nurse and the anesthesiologist which i can't remember her name but she was Very nice and caring.
The surgery went well, I was expecting stronger pain than what I actually felt. The horrible part that no one tells you is the massages, OMG never felt so much pain before. It's been only 5 days but I already love what I see. I will keep you posted.

It's been 3 weeks surgery and I feel amazing. I am not going to lie, it's hard to sleep on your belly for so long, your back hurts like crazy when you wake up but it's so worth it. I have not sit yet but I will start doing it now.
