I am nervous but this is something I've always wanted to do. The doctor I choose has done some great work and I want to be his latest success. The staff for the doctor has me a little worried, I do not trust them nor are the trusting. They are rude and don't care about the clients. Dr. Miller wasn't too patient with me but we came to a conclusion and the same vision.

Good luck!!! I am going to a consultation with Dr. Miller. He is one of three doctors I'm considering. I was very turned off by his staff when I set the appointment for a consultation. They are quite rude and act like you are disturbing them. I'm hopeful that the doctor is much better...but I guess I will do on see. Please let me know how it goes!!!

That's the same way I feel! The staff should not be working with patients at all especially somethjng as serious as plastic surgery. It turned me off but I have faith in Dr. Miller

Wow! The office staff rude and uncaring??? I absolutely have the opposite opinion. The office staff greets you upon arrival, are professional, caring, always in a good mood, and know how to make a patient feel at ease. I totally trust them! From the staff at the front desk to the Dr.'s assistants, they all get 5 stars in my book!

Hopefully my opinion will change upon meeting them when I go in for my consultation. My opinion is solely based on my experience over the phone. I was rudely placed on hold for over ten minutes and then disconnected. When I called back, I got an attitude from the female like I was bothering her. I was quite turned off. If it wasn't for Dr. Miller's overwhelmingly great reviews, I would have never even made an appointment for a consultation. I'm happy to hear your experience was quite different. Perhaps it was just a bad day...

Wow would be a big turn off for me! Make sure you are comfortable with the Dr doing your surgery also the staff as they will be taking care of you as well during surgery and after. Good luck and keep us posted.

So, I went today and it was a completely different story. They really treated me well, I felt comfortable and I was in good hands. There was no pain at all and everything went smooth. Meeting everyone in person changed how i felt. The nurses, the staff and Dr. Miller made me feel welcome and made this a great experience . I think it's important to have a good attitude and be kind to all patients. I can honestly say I felt that today. I will keep you guys posted on the actual recovery process.
