Dr. Mao was my first choice of a Doctor that I trusted to do this procedure. He does amazing work, he explains things in details so you leave an appointment feeling comfortable with your decision. He is very precise with his technique and accuracy, and very meticulous with the type of work that he does. He deals with the face and he takes the time to listen to his patients needs and request, and does an amazing job with his Facial Plastic work in all areas.

I spoke with Dr. Mao prior to doing the procedure. He looked at my ear, explained exactly what he needed to do, the procedure, the risks, and recovery time. He was straight to the point, and again he is very precise and neat with his work, he wants his patients to have a confident outcome with his work, and the work that he does for his patients shows that. He takes the time to listen to his patients, and wants to make them comfortable and confident in their facial appearance.
