Neck and arms Profhilo treatment - definitely not worth the money

Neck and Arms Profhilo Treatment

Anon 79
After second treatment as recommended, no difference on neck but maybe the slightest difference on arms. Definitely not worth the money for a treatment that lasts 6 month. In comparison, Botox is worth the money but you are paying more for profhilo for a treatment which (after my experience) is more hype than providing any noticeable difference. In saying that, I would 100% do profhilo again if the price matched the worth. But way to expensive for what it is compared to the results you get.

Ps not sure where they’re getting there before and after shots from that come up on Google search!

Sorry to hear you're not happy with your results! Are they at least getting better day by day?

Hi Dani, Thank you for asking. No Unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend for the price.
My next quest is to try PDO threads. Cross fingers.

I totally agree. I'm 58 and it's now 8 weeks since my 2nd set of Profhilo injections for my neck and the underside of my upper arms. There is absolutely no discernible difference and it's set me back by £1,600. Nowhere does the blurb on the website suggest that it may not work at all. Saying that results vary between individuals, which is in small print on the contract, just isn't the same thing. Having checked out a few clinical studies on Google Scholar, it seems that the numbers for the studies are very small and there weren't that many on the upper arms. Added to that, I'm wondering how many studies with underwhelming results were just not published. After a disappointing Tixel treatment a couple of years ago, I'm starting to think that a lot of these treatments are rip-offs. The only treatment I've had a good result with is Botox, which is definitely worth the money for forehead and eyes. I didn't know that it can be used for the neck area too and would absolutely have opted for that instead if I'd known.
