1 month & 1 week post op update
They’re finally starting to feel softer and my scars are healing very well. I love them so far and can’t wait to see how they look at 3 months.
Two Weeks Post Op
Tomorrow i get my sutures out! I don’t know what to expect because i’ve never had sutures before.
I’m loving how they look so far and I hope I don’t lose too much upper pole fullness as they continue to drop.

Day 10, 11 & 12 Post Op Update
Day 10:
I drove to get my nails done. This was my first time driving since my surgery. The only hard part about it was turning the wheel. I think it’s because I’ve been letting myself get too stiff. I haven’t been doing very much except laying in bed and watching netflix because i’m on christmas break. So i’m going to try to do more things so I can keep myself from stiffening up. I was super sore the rest of the day.
I had these pads the nurse gave me to put in my bra that they gave me. I finally took those out and now the bra is a lot more comfortable. I originally had it on the middle latch but i just tightened it to the tightest one because it gives me a little more support and comfort.
MAJOR TIP: I highly recommend getting your armpits waxed before your breast augmentation and getting SPRAY deodorant. You won’t be able to raise your arms so this will be a lot more convenient for you.
Day 11:
I was really sore on day 11 definitely from driving but I needed to get my hair washed. No places were available so my dad helped me wash my hair over our bathtub that has a detachable sprayer. I leaned my head over it forwards not backwards and i was able to wash the front of my head while he did the back just so i could get my arms moving a little bit. My dad has had to learn how to do ponytails as well lol. Being a single dad is hard so i’m thankful he’s here to help me.
ANOTHER MAJOR TIP: Wash your hair the morning of the day of surgery and also book a blowout somewhere in advance or have someone lined up to do it.
Day 12:
Sleeping on my back has been a huge adjustment for me. Last night i didn’t get any sleep. I’ve been taking zzzquil to sleep but it gives me strange dreams and melatonin doesn’t work on me for some reason. I did end up taking a nap in the evening yesterday so that could also have been a factor.
ANY SUGGESTIONS: If anyone has any tips on how they adjusted to sleeping on their back please let me know!
Today I have a photoshoot i’m going to drive myself to. It’s only headshots so i should be okay. I may also go to ulta and do some shopping as well.
ANY SUGGESTIONS AND A QUESTION:
I’ve noticed that my nipples are super sensitive and i feel like they’re bigger now that i have implants. Do they go back to their original size or are they just getting used to the new change?
I’ve also noticed that my nipples are getting dry so I started putting CeraVe moisturizing cream on them. Anyone else experiencing this?
Overall:
So far I am extremely pleased with my results and I get to see Dr. Heck in three days for my follow up and he’ll take my sutures out. A lot of people travel to Beverly Hills and go to these famous doctors and at first I considered doing that but i’m glad I didn’t. Dr. Heck made sure all my questions were answered before I walked out the door. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel any pressure. Whenever it comes time for me i replace my implants I will be coming back to Dr. Heck.
