41 Year Old, 3 Kids, Sufferring from an Encapsulated Painfull Breast and Disproportionate Size. Murfreesboro, TN
I am so glad that my husband and I found Dr....
We knew right away that he was going to be the one doing the surgery. My left breast was encapsulated and I was experiencing a lot of pain. My right breast was almost 4"-5" lower than my left breast because the prior implant I had had dropped through the bottom of my breast pocket. The acerola on my right breast was twice the size of the one on the left breast. My nipples were completely disproportionate. I was embarrassed of how my breast looked and suffering from the pain caused by my encapsulated breast.
There were a lot of clothe I could not wear due to the deformity caused from my prior implants. Also breast feeding 3 kids affected the proportion of my breast. I truly did not know how Dr. Webb was going to be able to fix the damage that I had and disparity between my two breast. Besides being a plastic surgeon he is an artist. "WHAT AN OUTSTANDING JOB HE DID"
On June 2, 2015 he operated me for almost 6.5 hours and kept my husband updated throughout the surgery. He took his time and what he did was short of a miracle. I can now wear clothe without support, both aureoles and nipples are at the same height and my breast are equal. I am so happy and thankful. He also took the horrible (very large) encapsulation out and I am finally free from pain after suffering for several years. I thank you Dr. Webb for the time you have taken to help me and the surgery you perform on me, it was exceptional. I am still seeing Dr. Webb because he wants to make sure that due to my complex surgery everything is okay.
I also commend the staff and Dr. Webb because they all treated me like family and the waiting time is usually short. I felt secured and completely trusted Dr. Webb and his recommendations. The times I have been to his office after the surgery, he always takes his time to check that all my stiches were healing well and even gave me additional stiches to improve the awesome job he had already done. He asks me if I need any thing else or have any concerns.
The same day of the surgery, Dr. Webb called me at 8:30 pm to ask my husband how I was doing. This tells you about Dr. Webb's character and care for his patients. How many doctors now a day do this?
Again thank you Dr. Webb and staff, thank you for giving part of my life and happiness back to me again. Thank you for the advice you gave me because now I can wear clothe that fit me perfectly to my body frame and size. highly recommend Dr. Webb and his staff. My husband and I are grateful to you.

Don't go too big
I used to be a size C cup full prior to my previous implants. I my first implants were Mentor saline implants. I did them in Miami, Florida; the size were approx. 390 and 425. I had to redo one of my implants right after the surgery because one moved up. I was 5'-2" and 105 lbs. The first doctor didn't think I needed the implants because I was a size C full prior to the surgery. After the surgery I was a D large and sometimes a bigger. I am very narrow on top and my husband thought they were to large. I had problems purchasing clothe since I am petite small, size 0-2 and my tops had to be a lot bigger.
Since I lost size due to breast feeding my 3 kids and the size of the implants which I think were to big took some of my original size off, I now have Mentor silicone 375 and 325. I am a cup C full I still use D. But my breast are proportionate to my size. I am now 110 lbs.
I recommend to the ladies out there not to place breast that are to large because I think, at least in a small frame person it could bring complications and make it difficult to find clothe that fit. I hope my comments will help someone in the future. I almost chose larger implants again but thanks to Dr. Webb's advice and my Hubby I didn't and I am truly happy and blessed.

I think many women forget that finding tops/shirts to fit post op can be challenging, especially if they are petite like you. Thank you for sharing these extra helpful details. In fact, your response is so helpful, I am going to post it again for you as an update. I am certain your story will help other women in the future. ;)
