After losing 100lbs, I had extremely saggy skin under my arms, the only way to correct it was surgery. I was at the point where exercise reached it max results. My arms make me feel like a new woman! I have no saggy hanging skin and the muscles that worked so hard to build actually show and are defined.

Congratulations on your weight loss. What a wonderful accomplishment! It sounds like you had a positive experience. If you'd like to share pics, I know others in the community would love to see them.

My doc actually has before pics, I unfortunately do not, and we have not done the after pics yet. I will post both when we do.
