The girls got droopier and deflated after losing 125lbs 10 years ago. I'm finally getting set to make them right again. I am currently a kickboxing instructor and pretty fit, but they never have gotten to where I'd like them to be. I could probably use a tummy tuck too, but one thing at a time and this bothers me more. I never had especially perky boobs, but I was only a B cup at my average teen and adult weight and my lowest was an A cup. When I became morbidly obese in my early 30s, I grew to a 44DD, bordering on DDD. Weight loss left me at a 34D, mostly saggy skin. I'd like to remain a D, but fuller and have been scouring these pages looking at before and after shots to show my surgeon at my pre-op appointment. I'll be updating with photos of the process. The PS who will be doing my lift and augmentation will be Dr. Brian Glatt in Morristown, NJ

You look amazing after your weight loss! Wish I was half as fit as you. Good luck with your surgery and can't wait to see your progress:))

I probably could use a tummy tuck, but my abs aren't horrible and well, the cost of doing both right now at the same time. I am much more unhappy with "the girls".

The photo is a little fuzzy because of the mirror and taking it with my phone, but I have a stubborn bit of flab at the center of my abdomen that irritates me, but not as much as my breasts. I also have a little bit of apron that is easily hidden by bikini bottoms.
Wow, that's a lot of weight to lose...and maintain. Congratulations! Did you lose most of your weight via kickboxing? So excited to follow the rest of your journey!
Oh I see your incredible pictures in your update. You look like a new person...or perhaps your 20 year old self! That's great you found the combination of exercises that seemed to get you losing weight and more motivated. That's half the battle right there! You really look strong too...I'm jealous! In fact, you might be interested in checking out some reviews of members that actually compete in fitness. It's nice to read about how others slowly went back to their activity post BA.
