I went in for a breast lift thinking that I would love the results. Since then I've had 3 surgeries to correct the message that Dr. Kelly created. I've spent thousands trying to get back to "normal." Needless to say, it's been a long road for me and his office staff was no as overly caring after as they were before. They treated me like I was a burden and were not willing to correct the situation. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR.

Mind. His staff Olivia was trying her best for me to give a down payment and preaching that he is the best, but I'm not seeing any on his work. I hope everything works out for you.

When I initially went in to meet Dr. Kelly the staff and Dr. were very warm and I really felt comfortable. The day of the procedure everything went according to plan, I went back into surgery while my mother waited for me in the waiting area. The Dr. told her that it would be about 3 hours. When 4 hours had passed, my mother had started questioning what was going on. They said everything was ok and it was taking a little longer than expected. After nearly 5 hours the Dr. had finally gave her an update. I was in recovery.
After recovery I was discharged and went home to rest. I was miserable which was expected but this was a kind of miserable that I had never experienced in past surgeries. My left breast was significantly bigger than the right. I called the after hours number and they said that they would contact the dr. I waited an hour and a half and still no call back. I was getting worried at this point because it just kept getting bigger. So I called frantically again. I finally received a call back and Dr. Kelly said "why don't you make an appt and come in on Monday so I can take a look at it." I told him that there was no way I could go all weekend like this and wait until Monday. He seemed very irritated and told me if I thought it was absolutely necessary that he would meet me at his office. So my mother rushed me to his office. I was in so much pain I couldn't stand it and my breast was stretched to the max!
When I got to the office, Dr. Kelly and his assistant were there. I could see why he was irritated now.....he was all dressed up and clearly had somewhere to be. In absolute agony and in tears I showed him my breast. His eyes nearly popped out of his head. So sitting in just a regular patient room, he had me lie back and he opened me up right there. Mind you, this is just a regular room, Surgical room, no numbing, no anesthesia, no NOTHING! I felt everything! I was moaning in pain and he stopped and said that if I didn't calm down then he was going to have to stop and I would have to go to the ER. I could NOT believe what I was hearing! So with everything I had, I tried as hard as I could to calm down. My mother and I were so scared. I just kept looking at her thinking that this was not right. It turned out that in surgery he had nicked a vessel and my breast was filling up with blood. He stopped the bleeding and put me back together and by the time I had put my clothes back on he was already gone from the building. It was an experience that I'll never forget. What a nightmare.
After I had healed up I looked like I had been completely hacked up. My scars were unbelievable. I called the office and told them that I needed this fixed, they were very rude and it seemed like they were insulted by what I was telling them. They set up an appt for me to see Dr. Kelly. I went in on my appt date and seen Dr. Kelly, he told me that it was the best possible result that I could expect from this type of surgery. I was so taken back by what he was telling me. I thought to myself, my 7 year old could have done a better job than this!! I told him that I was not pleased with his work and that this was unacceptable! He said there was nothing he could do.
Since then, I've had multiple surgeries to correct this mess and although it's better than it was, it's still not good. I'm only 33 years old and I can't believe that this is how I'm going to look for the rest of my life. I wish I could turn back time knowing what I know now.
Thank you for reading my story and I hope I've helped answer any questions that you may have had.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I can't believe you let him cutted you without any numbing cream or medicine. You are 100x braver than me. Did you ask for a full refund or you should bill him all the revision works you have to fix after his mistake. I hope you file a state surgeon report on him to the board. He had no remorse for what he did. He should do the right thing because god is always watching our every actions and keeping score. Hope you are healing well and looking beautiful.
